CBN is proud to announce the Windsor Brownfield Virtual Tour, including a series of videos highlighting successful brownfield redevelopment projects in Windsor. These videos showcase Windsor’s vibrant transformation and the city’s leadership in sustainable urban development. With eight stops on the Virtual Brownfield Legacy Tour of Windsor, the series is sure to be of interest to history buffs, brownfield redevelopers and City builders.

The tour features sites like the dramatic transformation of the former General Motors Trim Plant at 1600 Lauzon Road, the adaptive reuse of the Wickes Bumper plant at 9082 Tecumseh Road East, and the iconic Walker Power Building at 325 Devonshire Road. Each site exemplifies Windsor's urban renewal strategies, turning former industrial lands into vibrant, mixed-use communities.
