Did you know? One of Canada's biggest brownfield transformations happened in Metro Vancouver! Montrose Properties took a massive 130-hectare landfill and turned it into the Richmond Industrial Centre (RIC). This project was crowned “Best Overall Project” at the 2024 Brownie Awards.
