Q2 2021 Committee Report, Technical Advisory Committee

Carrying on from a very busy first quarter of 2021, in April CBN’s Technical Advisory Committee made formal submissions for three Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) public consultation processes:

• Proposed updates to MECP’s technical guidance document regarding the assessment of potential vapour intrusion concerns at Brownfield properties;
• Proposed updates to MECP’s guidance document on the cleanup of brownfield properties and the filing of Records of Site Condition; and,
• Proposed updates to MECP’s guidance document on the completion of Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessments at Brownfield properties.
