The 2024 CBN National Conference will look at Brownfields Here and Now, Making #BrownfieldsFirst a Reality. The full-day session will explore the challenges and opportunities with current brownfield redevelopment and remediation, including issues related to policy and legislation, balancing community priorities, standard of care, and climate resilience. We’ll bring together industry partners from across Canada to help drive the conversation forward so that we can make the case to all levels of government that brownfields should be the first lands utilized to meet community infrastructure demands, including housing, commercial, recreation, cultural, , industrial, renewable energy, and institutional needs. In addition to these vital conversations, the 2024 national conference offers a number of opportunities to network with colleagues, share your input on the challenges ahead, and celebrate the accomplishments of industry peers with the revamped HUB Awards.
