Cancellation Policy: No refunds or cancellations. However if you prefer, you may send a substitute delegate at no additional charge. A replacement request must be sent to the event management office no later than 3 business days prior to the event (by June 10, 2021). Coupons or promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Show management reserves the right to cancel this conference as it deems necessary, and in such an event, will make a full and prompt refund of all registration fees paid.

Promotional Codes: Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. Requests to apply a promotional code retroactively will be subject to a $35 administrative fee.
