Images in Photographs and Videos

Notice CBN may take photos and videos at this event. By registering, you give CBN permission to use any images and videos taken during this event, in which you appear.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. Requests to apply a promotional code retroactively will be subject to a $35 administrative fee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed for cancellations received by CBN by May 13, 2026, 14 business days before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + tax. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 business days of the event start, but they may be transferred. If an individual registers without paying and does not attend the event, the registration will be considered firm if they have not notified CBN of their cancellation per the refund policy stated above and will be charged for the full registration cost.
