CBN Conference - Virtual Platform Set Up Instructions
We will be using the HopIn platform for the conference so please take a moment to set up your profile and connect to the event. Here are the instructions:
1. Register on the HopIn platform: Click on the appropriate link below
Then select the “free” ticket option, then the “checkout” button. It will ask you to either Log In (if you already have a HopIn account) or to Sign Up. Please select the appropriate option for you and complete the form.
2. Set up your Profile/Business Card - now that you are registered on the platform, you need to update both your profile and add your organization. This is essentially the digital version of your business card and ensures that you are able to share your contact details with the connections you make in the platform.
This is what you should see:
Now click on “Create your Profile” and update your Avatar, Name, social media links, Title (headline) and website.
Then Click on “My Account”. And select the “+ New Organization” button to add your company information. Complete the form with the details and your logo for branding. You will only need to do this once in the HopIn platform.
How to Access the Virtual Event the Day of:
Open a Chrome or Firefox browser. Make sure you have your login information handy and go to https://hopin.com/events/cbn-conference-annual-general-meeting. You will be taken to the event. Follow the prompts to participate!
