By registering, delegates consent to the sharing of their contact information (name, title, organization, business address and business email) with selected sponsors.

Images in Photographs and Videos

CBN may take photographs and videos of conference events, including social events. Participants are deemed to consent to the use of these photographs and/or videos in any media, including social media channels, for the purpose of marketing and promoting future CBN events. Photos and videos will not be distributed to third parties. 

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. Requests to apply a promotional code retroactively will be subject to a $35 administrative fee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed for cancellations received by CBN by May 28, 2025, 14 business days before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + tax. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 business days of the event start. If an individual registers without paying and does not attend the event, the registration will be considered firm if they have not notified CBN of their cancellation per the refund policy stated above and will be charged for the full registration cost.
